Primary Care Physicians of Gainesville cultivates a doctor patient relationship that is based on trust, focusing on patients as individuals. Our physicians are highly motivated with an excellent support staff that strives to be fair and courteous in all of our dealings. We want you to know about our policies and methods of practice. The more you know, the more we can be of service. If there are any questions, however, please ask since we do want to be of help. Everyone in this practice operates as a team member. All have been trained as professionals and we take pride in our professional capability.

Notice to Dr. Subramanian’s Patients

Effective January 28, 2011, Dr. Kiona Subramanian has made a difficult decision to leave the medical community of Gainesville and will no longer be practicing medicine.

 Maria Taldi, ARNP, Julia Harris, M.D., and Jennifer Sidman, M.D., will be happy to continue your medical care at your request. Please feel free to visit our website at PCPGNV.com to read more about our providers to assist you in making your choice.

At this time Dr’s Elizabeth Sanders and Deena O’Toole are not accepting new or transfer patients. If you would prefer to transfer your care to another practice, a provider from Primary Care Physicians of Gainesville will provide you with 30 days of emergency care to allow you time to establish with your new doctor. Your medical records can be forwarded to your new provider with a signed release.
